This is our rate for regular weekly or fortnightly visits. We do not do visits every 3, 4 or 5 weeks and any service that is not weekly or fortnightly will not be considered a regular service and will be charged with our one-off rate of £20 +VAT / hour.
You can provide your own cleaning supplies or choose between professional non-toxic products or eco-friendly products, both can be provided by us at no extra cost.
We aim to provide our own cleaning equipment for all customers as the cleaners are more efficient but depending on your location you might have to provide a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, and cleaning cloths. This will be confirmed during your initial booking process.
We will do a general cleaning of the premises and will aim to cover all the requested areas in the allocated time but please keep in mind that we focus on quality rather than quantity.

What type of service should I choose?
If you're looking for a one-off service to cover the entire property and you want your cleaner to follow a checklist you can choose one of the two levels of cleaning that we offer depending on how thorough you want your cleaner to be. You can see the checklists here. Alternatively, you can go for an hourly paid clean if you only want certain areas of your property to be covered or if you have specific tasks.
How much does it cost?
The one-off services can be paid per job or per hour. The prices for services paid per job vary depending on the size of the property and the level of cleaning you require, contact us for a quote. For hourly paid one-off services you will be charged £20 +VAT per hour and all professional supplies will be included. Regular weekly or fortnightly services are charged £17.5 +VAT per hour. You can provide your own cleaning supplies or choose between professional non-toxic products or eco-friendly products, both can be provided by us at no extra cost.
You will have to provide a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, and cleaning cloths. Depending on your location the cleaners might be able to provide the cleaning equipment too.
How many hours should I book?
Please see our guide here. Please note that this is an estimation based on the size of the property and in some cases more or less time might be needed to cover the entire property. If you book too many hours your cleaners can fill in the time with other extra tasks or the remaining time can be used for future bookings. If you book fewer hours than necessary your cleaners will let you know in advance and you can choose to give them some extra time or ask them to stick in the allocated time and skip some less important tasks.
What is included in an hourly paid clean?
Our cleaners will follow a general checklist that will include cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and moping unless you have other special requests. We will deliver the best results in the allocated time but please remember that we focus more on quality than on quantity. We try our best to accommodate everyone's needs as we understand that everyone is different but keep in mind that our cleaners are trained and experienced and they know how to manage their time, they do not need guidance or close supervision.
How and when do I pay?
We offer multiple payment options, you can pay cash on the day, pay by card after you receive the invoice or use the bank details provided to pay via bank transfer. Your card payment is completed by Stripe using industry-leading 256-bit SSL, PCL compliant encryption. We don't usually require payment in advance but we reserve the right to request a deposit in some cases.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24h in advance with no extra charge. If you cancel less than 24h in advance, if the cleaners get to your address and cannot get access to the property for reasons out of our control then the full amount of the visit will be charged, both for one-off and regular cleans.
