We are currently experiencing very high demand for our domestic cleaning services, we are doing everything we can to accommodate everyone as soon as possible, but we might not have a cleaning team available in your area straight away and you might be added to a waiting list. Waiting times vary and can be anything from 1 week to 1 month.
As we are not an agency, we recruit, background check, train and closely supervise every cleaner we send to your home and the service they deliver has to be according to our procedures and very high standards. Due to the new Brexit regulations and the pandemic, recruiting quality members of staff has become extremely difficult and lengthy. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. Thank you!
